Memory Copilot — End-User License Agreement

For the iOS version of Memory Copilot, the Apple Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA) applies, as required by Apple’s App Store distribution agreement.

By downloading or using Memory Copilot from the Apple App Store, you agree to that EULA in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Subscription Terms.

For Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply to the distribution of the application; our Terms of Use govern your use of the Service itself.

If there is a conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and our Terms of Use, the Apple EULA governs only the licensing of the iOS application binary; our Terms of Use govern your relationship with us regarding the Service.
