1 Where do my memories live? Is my data sold?

Your memories live on our self-hosted RAG backend (LanceDB + LightRAG). We don't sell your data to anyone. To answer your questions, we send relevant content to third-party AI providers (OpenAI for chat, Google for embeddings only); both providers contractually do not train on your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

2 Does it work across iPhone and Android?

Yes. Lumo is online-first; sign in on any device and your memories follow you. Pro tiers include cross-device sync; Free is single-device-write but cross-device-read.

3 Can I export or delete all my data?

Yes. You can delete your account and all related data from Settings → Account → Delete account. Cascade deletion completes within 72 hours. Markdown export is on the roadmap.

4 How do shared memory spaces work?

Create a container, invite by email with a role (editor or viewer). Both of you can write into the same memory space; recall queries it together. Owners can revoke invites or remove members at any time.

5 What's the price? Same on iOS and Android?

Pro is $9.99/month or $79.99/year (33% off). The first 500 users can buy Lifetime for $149. Pricing is identical on iOS and Android. App Store / Google Play handle billing; we don't see your card.

6 Which AI model powers Lumo?

We use a third-party AI model (OpenAI) for the conversational agent and Google for embeddings. We never train models on your content; both providers honor a strict no-training policy.

7 How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro stays usable until then.

8 How do I delete my account?

In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or follow the public guide at /delete-account. Apple ID Sign-In is also revoked automatically per App Store guideline 5.1.1(v).
